She was one of 11 children in the family. Kristine was baptized in the Baptist church in Tecumseh.
Kristine grew up in the Tecumseh area, and attended school in Tecumseh, where she participated in sports. After graduation, she attended Southeast Community College, where she earned her associate’s degree.
She enjoyed being outdoors, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
On September 23, 2003, she was united in marriage to David R. Brewer in Las Vegas, Nev. They were married a short time, but were together for many years.
Kristine was employed by Wildcat Enterprise’s, Sunflower Carriers, Hilty’s of Geneva, Geneva Super Foods and in June of 2004, Kristine and Dave purchased Turn One in Geneva.
Kristine is survived by her husband, David; parents, Edward and Grace Wright; sister, Kathy and (Ron)Gebers; brothers, Steve (Teri) Wright, Mike Wright, Randy Wright, Kevin Wright, Mark Wright, David Wright; James Wright; step-son, Brad Brewer; step-daughter, Teresa Persigahl; four step-grandchildren; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Kristine is preceded in death by brothers, Jerry and John Wright and grandparents.
Funeral services were conducted from the Farmer & Son Funeral Home in Geneva on September 1, with Kim Dunker officiating.
Musical selections were “Amazing Grace” and “Forever in Blue Jeans.”
Casket bearers were Randy, Mark and James Wright, Paul O’Brien, Larry Cerny and Ralph Graham.
Interment was in the Geneva Public Cemetery
