Paul E. Daywalt, 36 of 5471 Spruce Road, Fayetteville, died at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, May 7, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident on South Mountain Road in the village of South Mountain.

Born Feb 23, 1953, in Waynesboro, he was the son of Kathryn (Ditch) Daywalt of Fayetteville, with he he lived and the late Luther T. Daywalt.

He was a lifelong resident of the area and had attended Waynesboro Area Senior High School.

Daywalt was employed by Rotorex in Walkersville, Md.

He was a member of the First Church of God in South Mountain.

In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter Miss Wendy Lynn Daywalt of Chambersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Katherine G. Naugle of Mont Alto and Mrs. Cindy L. Young of Waynesboro; and four brothers, Luther N, Daywalt Sr. of Duncannon, Robert L. Daywalt Sr. of Waynesboro, Sandy L. Daywalt of Washington, Pa and Joseph A. Daywalt of South Mountain.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Snyder Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralph C. Wise officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
