Mrs. Ida Evans Woodard, 76, of 30 Alden Ave., Cradock, died Sunday at 7:10 a.m. in a Portsmouth hospital after a long illness.
A native of Blossburg, Pa., she was a daughter of John and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Bonney Evans and had lived in Portsmouth 50 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Surviving is her husband Oliver Sidney Woodard.
The body was taken to the Snellings Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley.
