GEORGE J. HARLOW, 69, of 1117 South 24th street, Manitowoc died Tuesday morning at his home following a heart attack.

Born in 1882 at Rantoul, Calumet county, Mr. Harlow operated the homestead farm for several years. He later moved to Chilton where he operated a livery service. In 1927 he settled on a farm in the town of Maple Grove and operated it until his retirement in 1945 when he moved to Manitowoc. Mr. Harlow married the former Miss Mary Ann Rehrauer in 1911. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and the Holy Name Society.

Survivors are his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Clemens Mancoski of route 1, Brillion, Mrs. Charles Gibbs of Neenah, Wis., and Mrs. Daniel Kuba of route 2, Two Rivers; two sons, Jerome of Astabula, O., and Claude of Grimms; two brothers, Walter of Los Angeles, Calif., and William of Lewiston, Ida.; three sisters, Mrs. John Klug of Cleveland, O., and Mrs. Jesse Heinsworth and Mrs. Mabel Birmingham, both of Chicago, ill., and 11 grandchildren.
