The death of Mrs. Martha Williams occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E.E. Shaw, five miles north of Worthington, Ind...She had been failing in health for some time. Deceased was the last of three children born to John and Lucinda Welton, who have passed away a good many years ago...At the age of 19 she was united in marriage to Zachery T. Reel. He died Aug. 25, 1893. To this union was born six children, Mrs. E.E. Shaw of Worthington, Lee M. Reel, Roy Reel, Mrs. Brooks Alexander, all of Vincennes, Rev. John S. Reel of Unadilla, Nebr., and one child having died in infancy. In 1896 she was united in marriage to W.H. Williams who survives her. A short service was conducted at the home of Mrs. E.E. Shaw, after which the remains were sent to Vincennes and taken to the Indiana Presbyterian church, where the funeral services were conducted by Rev. Crow, the regular pastor, after which the remains were laid to rest beside her former husband.
