She graduated from Fremont High School in Sunnvale in 1952.
She also met the love of her life in San Francisco, Charles Marion Russell. They were married at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Sunnyville, Oct. 18, 1952.
Mrs. Russell worked for many years with various retail stores and finished her working life with the State Department of Licensing.
Mr. Russell survived colon cancer for over 10 years, during which time he cared for her with selfless devotion and total commitment.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Marion Russell, and six children, Vivian, David, Mark, James, Brian, and Robert;
18 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
