Theresa Heimermann, 92, of W3124 Hickory Hills Rd., Chilton, died on Thursday, Oct. 15, 1998 at Calumet Medical Center in Chilton.
She was born on Aug. 31, 1906 in Charlesburg, daughter of the late Joseph and Annie (Steffes) Broeckel. She married August Heimermann on June 2, 1924 in Charlesburg. He preceded her in death on May 11, 1983.
She and her husband farmed in the Town of Chilton and she had worked at Hickory Hills Golf Course for 28 years. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Chilton.
Survivors include five children, Dorothy Christopherson, Kiel, Elsie Mueller, New Holstein, Rosie Nennig, Kiel, Loretta (Roland) Gerhartz, Stockbridge, Glen (Joan) Heimermann, Chilton; 27 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and a sister, Marie Oro, Visalis, Calif.
She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a sister and a brother.
Funeral services will be at 1 1 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 19, 1998 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with the Rev. Gary New, S.D.S., officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home in Chilton from 4 to 9 p.m. on Sunday and on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., when family prayers will be held.
