"Lino Sunny Trujillo", 21, of Los Angeles County was Stabbed to Death.

December 31, 1971 New Years Eve.
On their way back from a party.
in Canoga Park California.

Sunny, was with his wife, and sister-in-law, all decided to drive through a
Jack in the Box.
While placing their order and after waiting, 1 hour. An, argument started between the couple.

George Betzner 19, of 4210 Sarah ave in Burbank and Gary Hopkins 20, of 19658 Hemming Way St, Canoga Park was in a black ford car parked behind them.
They heard the couple arguing, and intervene. Words were being exchange back and fourth, until Sunny's wife ask him to get out of the car, and resolve the problem.
While drunk, and staggering!
Both men approached each other and started fighting.
George, pull out a knife and try to use it but it fell out of his hands, he begin screaming at Gary to help him, and other friend, who's name was not mention, then, all 3 of them held the young man down, and continually stabbing him, repeatedly,as George finally sat on top of Trujillo, and begin carving out the left side of his cheek.
when The Police and Ambulance arrived. The fight was broken up.
The young man sat on the curd fill with his own blood bending forward to try to fine the remains of what was left. Sunny died on his way to the Hospital.
Leaving behind was his wife and two small children 2 yrs and 8 month's old.
