This is from the person who loved Daisy during her final moment on earth. Daisy was EUTHANIZED on May 25 2012.

Meet Daisy. I gave her the name Daisy because for such a big girl she was as dainty as a daisy. I first met Daisy walking into the shelter. I didn't realize she was one of my Loving Goodbye that day. I gravitated towards her because I grew up with Rots my whole life. Daisy reminded me of Inga one of my first family dogs. I walked into her kennel to give her her last walk and she was so sweet. She was a nuzzler, rubbing her wet nose back and forth on my neck. On our walk she laid in the grass and I could see her smiling. I know it had been a while since she last been outside and you could see she was so happy just to lay in the warm grass. Our walk eventually was over and although I was trying to stay positive for her I was breaking on the inside. Daisy laid in my lap as she was euthanized. She took her last breath with that same smile on her face. I nuzzled my nose against hers and told her she was the most beautiful flower I have ever seen…I told her she was going to a place where she could lay in the warm grass all day… I told her I loved her.
