Mrs. Gust Neubert, 72, of 504 Buffalo St., Manitowoc, died Monday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a year's illness.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc, the Rev. Daniel Gilsdorf officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Neubert, nee Emily Lesperance, was born May 17, 1892, at Coleman, Wis., daughter of the late John and Emily Pesche Lesperance. She was married Nov. 26, 1946, to Gust Neubert at Manitowoc and the couple always resided in the city. Mr. Neubert died in 1956.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Albert (Esther) Klein of Two Rivers; a step-daughter, Mrs. Joseph Neely of Pleasant Hill, Ore.; a stepson, Elmer Neubert of Manitowoc; two brothers, Simon Lesperance of Manitowoc and Wilbert of Two Rivers; four sisters, Mrs. Clara Lindstrom of Milwaukee, Mrs. Roseanna Wolfe of Coleman, Mrs. Joseph Bunker of Green Bay and Mrs. Amelia Gilbert of Two Rivers; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home where the Rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock this Tuesday evening.
