AMANDA GAUTHIER
Mrs. Amanda Gauthier, 73, 908 Chicago St., Manitowoc, died at her
home early Saturday following a heart attack.
Funeral services will be held at the Pfeffer funeral home at 2:30
p.m. Monday, Rev, Louis M. Schorn officiating. Burial will be in
Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Gauthier, nee Lesperance, was born in Ishpeming, Mich., in
1878. She married the late Harry Gauthier in 1907 and the couple
settled in Two Rivers shortly after. He died in 1922. Mrs. Gauthier
moved to Manitowoc from Two Rivers 25 years ago.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. E.J. Revnues, of St. Clair, Mich.;
a son Frank, of Milwaukee; two brothers, Wilbert Lesperance, of Two
Rivers, and Simon Lesperance, of Manitowoc; seven sisters, Mrs. Daniel
Boprey and Mrs. Peter Gilbert, both of Two Rivers, Mrs. Louis Swette
and Mrs. Gustave Neubert, both of Manitowoc, Mrs. Rose Wolf, of Coleman,
Mrs. William Bunker, of Green Bay, and Mrs. Clara Lestrum, of Milwaukee;
and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
