Orlando Kreger, 77, of Park Avenue, Somerset, died Feb. 11, 1973, in the Siemon Nursing Home. Born Jan. 2, 1896, in Somerset County a son of the late William and Malinda (Schrock) Kreger. Mr. Kreger was a retired employe of B & O Railroad after 41 years of service. He is survived by his wife, the former Ruth Tressler, and these children: James K. and Charles Glen, both of Rockwood; Roy E. of Lawndale, Calif.; Walter R. and Miss Cora M., both of Somerset; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Clark E. He was a brother of Mrs. Rhuhama Tressler of Ursina; Mrs. Nettie Snyder of Connellsville; Mrs. Anne Kane of Atlanta, Ga.; and William of Markleton RD 1. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Tuesday (today) in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be conducted Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Paul Tobias officiating. Interment, Kingwood, IOOF Cemetery.
