Centralian’s Mother Dies. Services were held Friday at Carnation, Wash, for Mrs. Mary Solberg, 81, who passed away May 12 in a Redmond hospital. Mrs. Solberg was born May 26, 1874, in Norway.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Svanhild Hanson and Mrs. Alfa Platt, both of Carnation; Mrs. Milda Bark, Seattle; Mrs. Palma Hoover, Centralia; Mrs. Selma Ferguson, Santa Monica, Calif, and Mrs. Billy Boyd, Monroe; five sons, Erling Solberg, Washington, D.C.; Alfred, Hammond, Ind.; Johney, Seattle, and Ros and Harold, both of Carnation; a sister, Mrs. Severen Johnson, Racine, Wis; a brother, Ole Lee, Kirkland, and 27 grandchildren and 23 great-gran-children.
