Mrs. Amos Beninghaus, 47, of 2126 LaFollette Ave., Manitowoc, died Monday
evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been removed
earlier in the day.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Pfeffer Funeral Home,
Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church. The Rev. E.A.
Radey will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The former Helen Sadkowski was born at Pigeon Lake, Manitowoc County, July 3,
1912, daughter of the late Frank and Mary Fessler Sadkowski. She was married
Nov. 28, 1928, to Amos Beninghaus and the couple resided 14 years at Two
Rivers before coming to Manitowoc three years ago. She had been employed six
years by Manitowoc Cotton Goods Co.
Surviving are her husband, three sons; a brother, Frank of School Hill; two
sisters, Mrs. Adolph Bauer of Rt. 3, Manitowoc and Mrs. Clarence Nenning of
Milwaukee; and three grandchildren. A brother, Joseph, died in 1921.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday where the Rosary
will be recited at 7 p.m.
