Norman was the youngest of nine children (four sons & five daughters) born to Norman E. & Mary C. (Pietroske) LeClair.
On 1 August 1959, Norman married Mary Lou Rezachek in Two Rivers, WI; she was age 18, he was 26. Mary Lou was the second of eleven children (six daughters & five sons) born to Adolph Joseph & Helen C. (Nebel) Rezachek.

From his obituary published in the Manitowoc Herald Times: “he was the son of a former City Councilman; he attended St. Luke Parochial School and in 1951 graduated from Washington High School. Norman had been an employee of Paragon Electric Company, Inc. in Two Rivers.”
He died at age 36 & is buried in the LeClair family plot with his parents & several siblings.
