Bessie Jean Cornelison, 80, of Colcord, Oklahoma, died August 1, 2012, at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
Born September 22, 1931, in Colcord, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of David Linn and Elva McCombs Linn.
She was married to Earl Cornelison. She served as a "grandmother" at the elementary schools for the past 30 plus years. Bessie was a member of Countryside Bible Church, Colcord, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Cornelison; brother, James and her parents.
Survivors include one daughter, Peggy Morrison and husband Claude of Colcord, Oklahoma; grandchildren Jeff Morrison, Jeanna Black and husband Kennith of Colcord; great grandchildren, Kelton Morrison, Kenndra Black, and Paige Black; sisters, Lavon Teel of Colcord, Gladys Denny of Jay, Oklahoma, Velma Wood of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kay Wooten of Grove, Oklahoma, and Evelyn Gibbyg of Colcord; brothers, Jode Linn of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Walter Linn, Bill Linn, and Jerry Linn, all of Colcord.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 4, 2012, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas, with Mr. Larry Ellis officiating.
Burial will follow at Row Cemetery, Colcord.
