Died Here Friday Afternoon; Was Born In Town of Newton
Miss Emelia Braasch, 64, lifelong resident of the county, died in the city
late Friday afternoon. Funeral services were held this afternoon from the
Leschke funeral home.
Miss Braasch was born in Newton in 1871 and has been a resident of the city
for 37 years. Survivors are two brothers, George, Newton, and Leo, city; and
two sisters, Mrs. William Roxien and Mrs. Edward Krueger, both of this city.
