Mrs. Harry Brandenburg, 87, of 1112 S. 13th St., Manitowoc, Hospital (sic),
Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at First Reformed Church of Christ,
Manitowoc. The Rev. T.R. Crusius will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Brandenburg, nee Ella Willert, was born Dec. 14, 1881, at Manitowoc,
daughter of the late August and Augusta Kasten Willert. She was married to Harry
Brandenburg June 21, 1905, at Chicago. They moved to Manitowoc after living in
Chicago for a year. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, White Shrine
and the Epiphany Sisters.
Survivors include a son, Harold, of Wauwatosa, a sister, Mrs. Arthur Wigen, of
Manitowoc, two grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Her husband, two
brothers and five sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 6 o’clock
this Wednesday evening until Thursday noon and at the church until time of
service.
