Miss Luella Braunel, 72, of Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc, formerly
residing with her brother-in-law and sister at 1226 Park Row Blvd.,
Manitowoc, died Saturday at Park Lawn Home.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Urbanek and Schlei
Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Victor Hillestad will officiate
and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Miss Braunel was born April 13, 1902, at Manitowoc, daughter of the
late Edwin and Clara Johnson Braunel. She was a Manitowoc resident
all of her life and attended the Janesville School for the Blind.
She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include two brothers, Arthur, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, and
Leonard, of Manitowoc; four sisters, Mrs. Ewald (Blanch) Sonnevik,
of Bethany, Okla., and Mrs. Hans (Ruth) Gulseth, Mrs. Arthur (Edith)
Jarosh and Mrs. Evangeline Bast, of Manitowoc, and nieces and nephews.
A brother, Raymond, and a sister, Edna, preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday until the
time of service at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home.
