Jeannette J. Brey, 94, of Woodruff, Wisconsin, formerly a Manitowoc resident,
died Saturday evening, July 30, 1988 at a Woodruff Nursing Home. Funeral services
will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and 11 am at Sacred
Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated
by Rev. William Zimmerman and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Brey was born May 11, 1894 at Two Rivers, daughter of the late Richard and
Sophia Heyroth Winkelmiller Sr. She married William Brey in Two Rivers. He preceded
her in death on September 15, 1971.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, William R. and Carol Brey of St.
Germain, Wisconsin; a daughter and son-in-law, Florence and Leland Leighty of
Platteville, Wisconsin; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren, other relatives
and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jean Noll of Menasha.
Friends may call at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Wednesday morning from 10 am
to the time of services at the funeral home at 10:30 am. There will be no Tuesday
evening visitation. Memorials would be appreciated to Woodland Manor Nursing Home,
Woodruff, Wisconsin.

The marriage of Wm Brey of Manitowoc and Janette Winkelmiller took place Monday
morning at St. Luke's Church, Rev. Huey officiating. A wedding breakfast was
served at the home of the bride after which the couple left on a wedding trip.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Winkelmiller and is a refined
and popular young lady with many friends here who unite in wishing the pair a
happy journey through life.
