HERBERT BRICK

Hubert (sic) Brick, 63, of 727 N. 12th St., Manitowoc, died early Monday
morning at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc, after an illness of several months’
duration.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Grace Evangelical
Lutheran Church, the Rev. W.W. Gieschen officiating with burial in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Brick was born in the town of Newton on Nov. 7, 1892, son of Mrs. C.A.
Brick and the late C. A. Brick. He farmed for several years and in late years
was employed at the National Tinsel Manufacturing Co. at Manitowoc.
He is survived by his mother of Manitowoc, a daughter, Mrs. Urban Gregory of
Eagle River, Wis.; four brothers, Adolph and Frederic of Manitowoc, Charles of
Brillion and Norbert of the town of Newton; two sisters, Mrs. Edwin Eberhardt
of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, and Mrs. Helmuth Lierman of the town of Liberty; and two
grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 2 p.m.
Tuesday until 10 a.m. Wednesday when the casket will be moved to the church
where the body will lie in state until the hour of service.

Wednesday when the casket will be moved to the church where the body will lie
in state until the hour of service.

Schnell-Brick
Two young people of the county were united in marriage at the Lutheran church
in Liberty today when Miss Clara Schnell of Liberty became the bride of Herbert
Brick of Newton. The couple was attended by Misses Esther Olm, Lilly and Verna
Schnell and Carl Brick. Evelyn Vetter, niece of the bride and Margaret Schaefer,
niece of the groom, were flower girls. The couple will reside on a farm at
Newton.
