Amanda L. Brown, age 87, a Manitowoc resident, died Wednesday, May 31, 1995, at
Park Lawn Home.
Family Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 3, 1995, at
Reinbold-Pfeffer Funeral Home 9th Street Chapel. Rev. Keith Haag will officiate
with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
She was born June 22, 1907, in Brillion, daughter of the late Louis and Clara
Herwig Radloff. Amanda grew up and was educated in Brillion. She married Leonard H.
Brown, November 3, 1928, at Zion Lutheran Church, Wayside, Wis. Leonard preceded
her in death in 1974. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Surviving children include, Victor H. (Shirley) Brown, Manitowoc, Arlene R.
(Kenwood R.) Keune, Manitowoc, Dorothy L. (Kenneth) Kresheck, Hartford, Wis.;
seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; four sisters-in-law, Adela Radloff,
Manitowoc, Ellen Radloff, Brillion, Esther Arndt, Manitowoc, Freida Braun, Manitowoc;
a brother-in-law, Lawrence Heinz, Appleton; nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends also survive. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Harold.
Memorials would be appreciated to Grace Ev. Lutheran Church.
