Henry L. Cayemberg, 70, of 852 Wilson St., Manitowoc, died Monday at home of
a heart attack.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc, the Rev. D.L.
Krembs officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Cayemberg was born Nov. 28, 1894, at Rosiere, Kewaunee County, son of the
late Eli and Florence Villers Cayemberg. He married Anna Havlichek Dokey
July 12, 1927, at Manitowoc. He was employed by Hoffman Bros. Inc., Two Rivers,
as a carpenter and foreman, retiring three years ago. He was a member of Holy
Name Society, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 706 and Carpenteers Local 849 of
which he was a past president.
Surviving are his wife, a stepson, Robert Dokey, two sons (Private); two
daughters (Private); six brothers, Frank, Patrick and Walter, of Green Bay,
Wilfred, of Manitowoc, Felix, of Ensign, Mich., and Martin, of Phoenix, Ariz.;
three sisters, Mrs. Lucy Anderson and Mrs. Harvey Moreau, of Geen Bay and Mrs.
El Cravillion, of Luxemburg, 18 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday where the Rosary will
be recited at 8:15 p.m.
