Marjory S. Chapman, 87, of 1111 Nagle Ave., Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning
at St. Michael Hospital, Stevens Point.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Schneider-Mittnacht Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Vernon Hauser will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Chapman was born May 18, 1884, at Muskegan, Mich. She was married to Dr.
V.A. Chapman Jan. 28, 1907, at Muskegan. She resided in Milwaukee most of her
life where she managed the College Women's Club of Milwaukee. She retired to
Manitowoc 15 years ago.
Survivors include a son, Col. Denman Scott Chapman, U.S. Army retired, LaMesa,
Calif., two daughters, Mrs. Jerome T. (Dorothy) Kaminski and Mrs. Chapman
(Muriel) O'Neil, of Manitowoc, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Memorials may be made to the Manitowoc County Braille Club.
