Mrs. Robert E. Christman, 56, of 1510 Michigan Ave., Manitowoc, died
Tuesday morning at home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Grace Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Keith Haag will officiate and burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Christman, nee Martha Dummer, was born Oct. 18, 1915, at Manitowoc,
daughter of the late William and Emile Behringer Dummer. She was married
to Robert E. Christman Sept. 4, 1934. She was a member of Memorial Hospital
Auxiliary, past president of Grace circle of the church and a life member
of First German Evangelical Lutheran Church until 1969, when they joined
Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, two sons and a daughter (Survivors omitted
for privacy.); a brother, George, of Manitowoc; and nine grandchildren.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to
8 p.m. Wednesday until noon Thursday and then at the church until the time
of service.
