EDWARD J. CISLER, JR. (b. 1950)

Edward J. Cisler Jr., 35, of 316 N. 6th St., Manitowoc, died Thursday, March 13,
at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 11 am Monday
at Sacred Heart Catholic church, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Eberhardy will
officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Cisler was born March 21, 1950, at Manitowoc, son of Edward G. and Helen M.
Zeman Cisler. He grew up and was educated at Manitowoc and was a 1969 graduate
of Lincoln High School. Mr. Cisler was employed with The Foley Company of
Manitowoc.
Survivors include his parents; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, LeRoy J.
and Linda A. Cisler, Joseph W. Cisler and Charles A. and Denise Cisler, all of
Manitowoc and Donald J. and Kristine Cisler of Two Rivers; three sisters and
two brothers-in-law, Joann L. and Michael J. Phillips and Sandra M. Madsen, all
of Manitowoc and Margaret A. and Kenneth Stewart of Greenville, Texas; aunts,
uncles; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Friends may meet with the family at Urbanek and Schlei Pfeffer and Reinbold
Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 4 pm to 8 pm Sunday and on Monday until the time of
services. A prayer service will be 7:30 pm Sunday by Deacon Candidate Donald
Schneider.

Ed was a US Army Veteran of WWII who Served with the 94th Infantry Division with Company C of the 390 Field Artillery in Northern France, Ardennes, Germany, Luxembourg, and Czechoslovakia as part of Patton’s Third Army..
