with a heart attack late Monday afternoon at Wi?gley field in Chicago,

Dr. Fehring went to Chicago last Saturday to take in the three world
series games there and planned to return to Manitowoc last night after
the third game. He had suffered a previous coronary heart ailment but
had recovered. Always an enthusiastic baseball fan, he decided to see
the ??? Chicago end of the series this year.

Plankington hotel in Milwaukee and later went to Chicago where he was a
clerk in the ????? House, one of the famous hotels in Chicago's loop, for
many years.
Twenty years ago he became a chiropodist in Chicago, and 15 years ago
returned to Manitowoc to open an office here. In recent years he has had
an office in the Dempsy block, North Eighth street.
In 1928 Dr. Fehring married Mrs. Emma Stock Daeke, widow of William Daeke,
well known Manitowoc merchant. She survives with his mother, Mrs. William
Fehring of this city; step-son, William Dake, Jr., of this city; and two
