Mr. Raymond Fogeltanz, 75, of 2514 Schroeder Drive, Manitowoc, died Sunday,
October 23, 1988, at his residence.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home
and 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial
will be celebrated by Rev. Ronald Reimer and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Fogeltanz was born December 14, 1912, in the Town of Franklin, Wisconsin, son
of the late John and Anna Hill Fogeltanz. He was employed for several years at
Manitowoc Grey Iron Foundry until his retirement. He married Evelyn Havlovitz on
May 30, 1941, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. Mr. Fogeltanz was a
member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn; a son, Richard (Janice) Fogeltanz of Two
Rivers; three grandsons, Scott Steven and Shawn of Two Rivers; two brothers, John
(Monica) FOgeltanz and Leonard (Margaret) Fogeltanz, both of Manitowoc; three
sisters, Susan Remiker of Manitowoc, Alvina Shimek of Kellnersville, and Helen
Wachal of Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded
in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday where
a prayer service will be at 6 p.m. led by Deacon William Klein.
