William J. Frank, 90, formerly of 1714 Columbus St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday
afternoon at Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm
Friday at Bethany Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Robert Sawall will
officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Frank was born Jan. 15, 1880 in Town of Two Rivers, son of the late August
and Caroline Buenznow Frank. He married Clara Wilde in 1905 at Manitowoc. He
was a prominent Manitowoc County cheesemaker. His wife preceded him in death
in 1957.
Survivors include a son, Erwin of Manitowoc; two grandchildren, Wayne Frank and
Mrs. Scott (Janet) Zunker and five great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 6 o'clock
until 9 o'clock this Thursday evening. The casket will be moved to the church
at noon Friday to lie in state until the time of service.
