Home, Manitowoc, died Monday evening, September 29, at Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
Brother Keith Burnett of the Jehovah Witneses will conduct the service and burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Geisler, nee Julia Nespor, was born Feb. 15, 1890, at Manitowoc, daughter of
the late John and Julia Maresh Nespor. She attended shcools in Manitowoc and was
married to Carl J. Geisler April 8, 1913, at Manitowoc. The couple resided here
all their lives and he preceded her in death in 1973. She was a member of Jehovah
Witnesses and one of the first members of the Women's Benefit Association.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Carl T. and Kathryn Geisler of Manitowoc,
three grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Four brothers and five sisters
preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday until
the time of service. Memorials may be made to Jehovah Witnesses Kingdom Hall.

Geislers Married 60 Years
Mr. and Mrs. Carl J. Geisler, 922 S. 12th St., Manitowoc, marked their 60th
Wedding Anniversary Sundday at their home. Lifelong residents of Manitowoc,
the honorees have a son, Carl T., Manitowoc and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Geisler, the former Julie Nespor, was born Feb. 15, 1890 and her husband
was born Sept. 22, 1886. The couple was married April 8, 1913 by the late Rev.
Machmueller at this Manitowoc residence.
Prior to his retirement, Geisler was co-owner of Geiger and Geisler Store on
North Eighth Street, Manitowoc. The Geislers enjoy good health and are members
of Jehovah's Witnesses, Manitowoc.
