Vernon E. Glaeser, 57, of 633 N. 6th Street, Manitowoc, died Saturday, June 29,
1991, at his residence.
Private family services were held Monday evening, July 1, at the Pfeffer Funeral
Home, Manitowoc.
He was born February 22, 1934, in Manitowoc, son of the late Bernard and Agnes
Heil Glaeser. He attended Manitowoc Lincoln High School and was employed with the
Braun Building Center until 1978, then self-employed in the city of Manitowoc. He
was a Veteran, serving in the Korean Conflict with the United States Navy from
1951-1955.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Cheryl Glaeser of
Manitowoc, Mark and Kathy Glaeser of Manitowoc, Eric and Evelyn Glaeser of Manitowoc;
one daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Richard Galien of Manitowoc; seven
grandchildren, Nicole, Nick, Steven, Megan, Cassie, Zach and Dillon; also surviving
is one sister and brother-in-law, Marion and Glenn Fargo of Sheboygan; one brother
and sister-in-law, Dale and Mamie Glaeser of Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
