Mrs. Edward Goldenstedt, 73, of 917 Hancock street, died last night at her
home. She was stricken with a heart attack last Saturday, from which she
failed to rally.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Wattawa, Urbanek
and Schlei funeral home, the Rev. Paul Blaufuss officiatinng. Interment will
be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Goldenstedt, nee Emma Krueger, was born in Rockland in 1865 and in 1890
was married to John Timm. They located on a farm in the town. She came to
this city and 25 years ago was married to Edward Goldenstedt.
Survivors are the widower; two sons, Elmer Timm of Kelso, Wash., and Harry
Timm of San Pedro, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Harry Schmitt, city, Mrs.
Harry Thom, of Milwaukee, and Mrs. Thomas Harmes of Pittsburgh; a step-son,
Fred Goldenstedt, of Marquette, Mich.; four brothers, Frank, city, Charles
of Reedsville, David and William of Wayside.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Saturday noon until the hour
of services Monday.
