Granzow Funeral
Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Granzow, 78, a former Manitowoc resident who lived in La Puente, Calif., the past 13 years and died there Tuesday, were held Thursday, with burial in a La Puente (sic) cemetery.
Mrs. Granzow was born July 4, 1888, in Germany, daughter of the late Gustave and Louise Schwantz. She was the widow of Max Granzow, to whom she was married in October of 1906.
Surviving are two sons, Ralph of Redwood City, Calif., and Marx of Chicago; three daughters, Mrs. Ernest (Florine) Kaminski of Manitowoc, Mrs. Raymond (Vivian) Lubitz of La Puente, and Mrs. Marcus ( Beulah) Young of Chicago; one brother, Emil Schwantz of Manitowoc; four sister, Mrs. Alvin (Rose) Grall, Mrs. George (Martha) Frisch and Miss Hattie Schwantz of Manitowoc and Mrs. Jack (Gustie) Lamb of Detroit, 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
