Paul Haselow, 84, formerly of 423 N. Eighth St., Manitowoc, died Sunday at Two
Rivers Municipal Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. L. H. Koeninger will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Haselow was born May 26, 1882, in Germany, son of the late Anton and
Christine Seiler Haselow. When two years of age he emigrated to America and
Maribel with his parents. He married Eleanor Klindt May 15, 1915, and the
couple farmed in the Maribel area until 1921. They moved to Manitowoc and he
worked for Burger Boat Co., Inc. He retired 12 years ago. His wife died in
1961.
Survivors are a son, Harry of Manitowoc; four daughters, Mrs. George Lodel of
Brillion, Miss Lucille, Mrs. Ethel Swettman and Mrs. Caroline Saeger of
Manitowoc; a brother, Anton of Milwaukee; a sister, Mrs. Dora Waite of
Milwaukee; 19 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Two brothers and
a sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home, Ninth Street entrance, this Tuesday.
