The former Eleanor Haselow, she was born on Jan. 4, 1922, at Manitowoc, the daughter of the late Paul and Eleanor Kindt Haselow. On Sept. 25, 1940 she was married to Mr. Lodel at Manitowoc. The couple had lived in Brillion since 1962. Mrs. Lodel was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Brillion.
Survivors are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. James (Vivian) Uhlers of Milwaukee, Mrs. James (Darlene) Shaw of Manitowoc, and Mrs. Eugene (Ann) Jensen of Brillion; six sons, Richard of R. 1, Cato, Roger of R. 2, Manitowoc; George Jr. of Big Bend; James of Brillion, Thomas of Manitowoc and Henry of R. 1, Chilton; 19 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Eugene Sweetman of Milwaukee, Mrs. Douglas Handley of Hammond, Ind., and Miss Lucille Haselow of New Holstein, and a brother, Harry of Clarks Mills. A daughter, a son, a brother and three sets of twins preceded her in death.
The funeral Mass was Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Rev. Raymond Dowling, pastor, was celebrant. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
