Mr. Havlichek was born Dec. 8, 1900, at Francis Creek and came to Manitowoc as a young man and was employed at the Aluminum Specialty Co. and for the past 26 years he had been employed at the Eastman Mfg. Co.
In 1926 he married Josephine Khail of Manitowoc who survives. Also surviving are a son (private); mother, Mrs. Anna Havlichek of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Robert Holschbach of Manitowoc and Mrs. Francis Preston of Elm Grove. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Holy Innocents Catholic Church of Manitowoc. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Wednesday. The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
