MARY ANN HENNING

Mrs. Mary Ann F. Henning, age 79, of 534 S. 31 St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday
afternoon, Nov. 21, 2001, at St. Mary's Home in Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001, at The
Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Manitowoc, and at 11 a.m. at St.
Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Ronald Reimer will celebrate the
Mass of Christian Burial, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
The former Mary Ann Gerharz was born May 2, 1922, in Manitowoc, daughter of the
late Hugo and Verona Heinzen Gerharz. Mary Ann was a 1940 graduate of Manitowoc's
Lincoln High School. On Aug. 15, 1942, Mary Ann was married to Francis Henning at
St. Paul Catholic Church in Manitowoc. Francis preceded her in death on Oct. 26,
1988. Mary Ann had worked in the past for WCUB Radio and retired in 1982 from
Holy Family Hospital.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Al Zlotohlavek of Manitowoc;
two sons and daughters-in-law, Tom and Christine Henning of Fond du Lac, Terry and
Cindie Henning of Cedarburg; three grandchildren, Lori Ann Zlatohlovek of Manitowoc,
John Henning of Beaver Dan, Cindy Henning of Fond du La; three sisters and three
brothers-in-law, Dolores and Leonard Schweigl of Manitowoc, Betty Schmitt of
Manitowoc, Ruth Ann Schmidt of Manitowoc, Kenneth Bushman of Manitowoc, Melvin
Henning of Couderay; one sister-in-law, Ione Langlois of Florida. Nieces and nephews,
other relatives and friends survive. She was preceded in death by one sister Jean
Bushman, two brothers-in-law, Roy Schmitt and Kenneth Schmidt.
Relatives and friends may call at The Reinbold & Pfeffer Funeral Home of Manitowoc
on Friday (TONIGHT) from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 a.m.
until 10:30 a.m. There will be a prayer service on Friday at 7 p.m. led by Fr. Tom
Wojciechowski OFM.
