Theodore (Ted) Jagemann, age 96, a resident of Shady Lane Nursing Care Center,
Manitowoc, died Tuesday afternoon, March 12, 2002, at Holy Family Memorial
Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2002, at St.
Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial
will be the Rev. Camillus Janas O.F.M. with burial at Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Ted was born Aug. 27, 1905, in Chicago, son of the late George and Elizabeth
Schaefer Jagemann Sr. On Nov. 29, 1933, he married the former Henrietta (Etta)
Olszewski at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple enjoyed over 67
years of marriage together. He preceded him in death Nov. 21, 2001. Ted was
employed at Mirro Aluminum Company fo 50 years. He was a charter member of St.
Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include a son, Tim Jagemann, Irvine, Calif.; two grandsons: Justin
and Jonathan Jagemann, both of Irvine, Calif.; and two brothers and a sister-
in-law, Nic Jagemann, Edward and Kate Jagemann, all of Manitowoc. Also surviving
are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death
by four brothers: George, Joseph, William and Raymond Jagemann and three sisters:
Mae Kelley, Lillian Vanghan (sic) and Helen Lang.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc,
from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until the time of service at 10:30 a.m.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the
family with funeral arrangements.
