JOHN M. KREJCI
John Krejci, 80, lifelong resident of the city and county, died last night at
the home, 2202 Michigan avenue. He had been ill several months.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Wattawa, Urbanek and
Schlei funeral home, with burial in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Krejci was born in the town of Mishicot in 1861 and in 1885 married Anna
Princl. They located on a farm in the town, moved to Two Rivers for a few years
and then returned to farming at Mishicot. In 1918 they disposed of the farm and
moved to this city, where Mr. Krejci was employed for a number of years before
retiring from active work.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. F. J. Urbanek of Revenna, Nebr.,
Mrs. Fred Rezek of this city; brother, Louis of Chicago; grandchild, Joyce
Urbanek of Revenna.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Wednesday noon until the hour
of services.
