MARY PETERIK (d. 1924)

MRS. PETERIK PASSES AWAY AT AGE OF 67
Death came to Mrs. Mary Peterik early today in the home where she had lived
for forty years at 712 Buffalo street, Mrs. Peterik passing away at 8 this
morning after a protracted illness which an operation which she underwent
recently failed to stay in its fatal effects. Funeral services will be held
Monday morning at St. Boniface church at 9 o’clock, Rev. Peil officiating.
Mrs. Peterik was born at Mishicot on November 11, sixty-seven years ago and
was married in 1873 to Mr. Peterick who for many years conducted a hotel on
Buffalo street. She is survived by six children, Mrs. W. C. Kadow, Mrs. Adolph
Vollendorf and John Peterik, this city, Mrs. William Marshall of Los Angeles,
Mrs. W. Wolfinburger of Rapids City, S.D., and Louis Peterik of Milwaukee.
Four brothers, John Kretche, this city, Joseph of Argonne, Wis., Rudolph of
Milwaukee and Louis of Chicago, also survive.
