YARMILLA KRIZAN
Mrs. Alexander Krizan, 65, of 1236 S. 31st St., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Charles Freuden will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Krizan, nee Yarmilla Dushek, was born Sept. 17, 1904, in the Town of Gibson,
Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Miloslv and Carrie Schenian Dushek. She was
married to Eugene Price in 1936. He died in 1944. In 1947, she was married to
Alexander Krizan. He preceded her in death in 1954.
Mrs. Krizan was graduated from the old Washington High School in 1911 and in 1924
from Manitowoc Business College. She was employed at Johnson Electric Co. and Mirro
Aluminum Co.
Survivors include a son, of Manitowoc (Survivor omitted for privacy.); two sisters,
Mrs. Herbert Messman and Mrs. Edwin Strouf of Two Rivers; two brothers, Zdenck of
Manitowoc and Camille of Melnik.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Tuesday and until the hour of
service Wednesday.
