Mrs. Joseph (Annie) Krizek, 83, a resident of Park Lawn Nursing Home, Manitowoc, formerly of 908 Chicago St., died Saturday afternoon, at Park Lawn Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Urbanek and Schlei Pfeffer and Reinbold Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Philip Hoffmann and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Krizek was born Sept. 5, 1900, in the Country of Czechoslovakia, daughter of the late Wencel and Anna Kouba. She came to the United States as a child, settling in the Township of Gibson. Later she moved to the Kellnersville area and then in 1961 she moved to Manitowoc. She married Joseph Krizek Sr., Nov. 15, 1921, at Kellnersville. He preceded her in death Jan. 22, 1972.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Nelda Krizek of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, Ervin and Elaine Krizek of Two Rivers and Charles and Joyce Krizek of Manitowoc; five daughters and four sons-in-law, Ann and John Mahlock of St. Nazianz, Agnes and Vincent Miller of Rockwood, Wis., Mary and Frank Weber of Manitowoc, Josephine and Delmar Teesch of California and Catherine Neuser of Manitowoc; a brother John Kouba of rural Manitowoc; 39 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Wenzel, and brothers and sisters.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Pfeffer and Reinbold Funeral Home 6 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday evening where a prayer service will be at 8 o'clock.
