FRED KROHN IS INJURED HERE
Falls From Roof of Garage He Was Shingling
A possible fracture of the spine, causing paralysis below the waist, was the
injury sustained by Fred W. Krohn, Sr., in a 15 foot fall from the roof of a
garage at his home on South Tenth street this morning.
Krohn was shingling the roof when he lost his balance and fell to the ground.
He thought he landed on his feet but it is believed that he landed squarely
on his back.
The city ambulance was called and Krohn was removed to the hospital where an
x-ray picture will be taken to determine the extent of his injuries.
Krohn is about 60 years old. His condition is considered serious.
