PNEUMONIA CAUSES DEATH OF LILA KRUEGER
Lila __, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernst Krueger, 1411 Hamilton street, died at
the Holy Family hospital yesterday morning following an illness of six weeks.
The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon from St. John’s Evangelical church,
Marshall street, where she was a regular attendant and the Rev. Howe of Milwaukee;
will probably officiate at the services. Burial will be made at Evergreen.
Miss Krueger was 16 years of age and was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Krueger. She was a student at Washington High school here, she was member of
the Freshman class. Taken ill six weeks ago she was removed to the hospital
where she underwent an operation for appendicitis but pneumonia set in and in
her weakened condition she was unable to withstand the attack. Besides her
parents she is survived by four sisters, Erna, Anita, Jeanette and Eleanor.
