the staff of the Department of Recreation, died at 8:30 o'clock
Thursday evening at the residence, 721 North Seventh street, after
a lingering illness.
Mrs. Schroeder was confined to a hospital at Madison for several
months and was brought home in December. She was confined to her
bed throughout the illness.
The body may be viewed at the Wattawa, Urbanek & Schlei funeral home
from Sunday noon until the hour of the funeral. Funeral services will
be held there Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Paul Blaufuss of St.
John's Evangelical church officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen
cemetery.
Mrs. Schoreder, who was Erna Krueger before her mariage, was born in
this city Nov. 10, 1907, and attended the local high school. She was
married to Mr. Schroeder Sept. 28, 1929.
The survivors besides the widower are two daughters, three sons
(Survivors omitted for privacy.), her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernst
Krueger of Two Rivers; and three sister, Mrs. Emil Khail and Mrs.
Lester Dassey of Two Rivers, and Mrs. Victor Wolf of Brillion.
