MOTHER GIVES LIFE THAT SON MIGHT LIVE
Mrs. Adolph Krueger, nee Meisner, passed away at the Holy Family
hospital today, death following closely on the heels of the birth
of a son to Mr. and Mrs. Krueger two weeks ago. Mrs. Krueger at no
time recovered fully from the effects and her condition weakened
slowly, failing to rally at any time. The news of her death is a
shock to the wide circle of county and city friends and relatives
who had held hope for her recovery.
Mrs. Krueger, who was Linda Meisner before her marriage to Adolph
Krueger three years ago, was born in the Town of Newton and lived
there all her life. The son for whom she gave her life is the only
child. She is survived by her grieved husband and three brothers,
Hubert, Otto and Fred, all of whom lived at Newton. Her father,
Fred Meisner, passed away less than two months ago.
Funeral arrangements have not been made, and will probably be held
at the home at Newton, Monday.
