BERTHA KRUSH

Mrs. Henry Krush, 61, of 620 Huron street, died Saturday evening, following a
three years’ illness.
Mrs. Krush, nee Bertha Sawyer, was born in Fond du Lac in 1881 and in 1904 was
married to Mr. Krush. The following year they moved to Manitowoc where they have
since resided. She was a member of the W.B.A. the W.B.A. Pioneers, and the altar
society of the Sacred Heart church.
Survivors are the widower; daughter, Mrs. Joseph Gehrke, of Neenah; two sons,
Paul, of Sheboygan, Walter, in the armed services at Camp Stewart, Ga.; sister,
Mrs. P. E. Johnson of this city; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. from the Wattawa, Urbanek
and Schlei funeral home and at nine o’clock from the Sacred Heart church, the
Rev. Louis Schorn officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
The Altar society will recite the rosary at the funeral home Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
The body may be viewed from tonight until the hour of the services.
