Mrs. Anton Kubichka, 75, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, died Saturday evening at Holy
Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient since Dec. 1.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville,
and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. John Haen
will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Kubichka, nee Clara Oswald, was born April 12, 1894, in the Town of Franklin,
Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Fogeltanz Oswald. She was
married to Anton Kubichka Sept. 17, 1917, at Francis Creek. They lived at Manitowoc
for three years and then moved to their present farm in the Town of Franklin.
Mr. and Mrs. Kubichka observed their golden wedding anniversary in September of
1967.
Survivors include her husband, three sons, Reuben of Green Bay and Stanley and
Anton Jr., of Manitowoc; a half-sister, Mrs. Victor Novy Sr., of Branch; 24 grand-
children and seven great grandchildren. A son, Charles, preceded him in death in
1967.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday until the time of services.
The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Father Haen.
