EDWARD A. KUGLE
Edward A. Kugle, 63, of Reedsville, died Monday afternoon after a heart attack
at Reedsville Motor Car Co. garage, which he owned and operated.
Funeral services will be at 9:45 a.m. Thursday at Reedsville Funeral Home and
at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Reedsville, the Rev. William Koutik,
celebrant of the of the solemn requiem high Mass. Burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Kugle was born Feb. 19, 1898, at Boldt, Kewaunee County, son of the late
Michael and Caroline Forst Kugle. He married Gladys Larson at Denmark and they
settled at Reedsville where he operated the garage.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council No. 710 of Manitowoc, the
Holy Name Society of St. Mary Church, Reedsville, and American Legion Post 199
of Reedsville.
Preceding him in death were his wife, one child, two sisters, and a brother.
He is survived by a brother, Joseph, of Oshkosh.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday where the Rosary will
be recited at 7:30 p.m. by the Holy Name Society and at 8 p.m. by the Knights of
Columbus.
