MARGUERITE KUHL

Mrs. Nicholas Kuhl, 68, wife of a local shoe merchant, died at her home, 840
Lincoln Blvd, at midnight after suffering a heart attack. The body was removed
to the Pfeffer Funeral parlors where it will lie in state after noon Sunday.
The funeral has been arranged for Monday morning, 8:30 at the funeral home and
at 9 o'clock a requiem Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Louis Schorn in
Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Kuhl, nee Marguerite Haggarty, was born Oct. 19, 1877 at Maple Grove. On
April 3, 1894 she was united in marriage with Mr. Kuhl and the couple immediately
established their residence in this city.
Besides her husband, she leaves one daughter Adella, who makes her home with her
parents; three sons, Carter and Charles, both of this city and Thomas of Delavan,
Wis.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Meyer of Weyauwega, Wis. Three of her seven
grandchildren are serving with the armed forces overseas. One great grandchild
survives.
The rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock Sunday evening led by the Rev. Father
Schorn.
